Our story
RSA Foundation History
The Philippines has been facing a lot of challenges and the country’s government strive to address the more pressing ones such as poverty, lack of education, and poor living conditions.
Many non-government organizations (NGOs) such as the RSA Foundation, Inc. aims to help empower individuals and communities to be self-reliant through programs and services intended for the promotion of a better quality of life.
The Foundation was established in 2019 to promote quality of life and wellness for vulnerable sectors of Philippine society as the legacy of Ramon S. Ang and his family. Its aim is to implement medical, educational, and other social programs and projects through chosen charities and institutions. The Foundation believes that through the collaboration of public and private organizations, we can altogether win the fight against poverty, and that our unity will lead us to achieve a stronger nation.
The Foundation’s various projects aims to accomplish the following:
- Carry out developmental programs designed to promote education and foster learning among the youth and the disadvantaged sectors of the society;
- Provide low-cost medical help and assistance to impoverished individuals and communities;
- Strengthen communities through capability building activities and assistance in the provision of basic social services; and
- Provide timely assistance to meet the immediate needs of the people and the community to achieve self-empowerment and reliance.
The RSA Foundation is a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of underserved communities. Guided by integrity, compassion, and a mission to foster positive change, we deliver impactful programs and services that uplift individuals and families in need.
