In 2019, RSA Foundation Inc. supported the Foundation for Professional Training Inc. (FPTI) for its project in putting up a school in San Juan City. RSA Foundation have donated 30 Million pesos for the completion of the 7-storey building of the Punlaan School. The school (Punlaan) is a vocational-technical institution that offers scholarship programs for underprivileged young women. Specializing in hospitality and culinary arts, it is accredited by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and the Department of Tourism (DOT), as a Tourism Training Center. As of 2024, there are around 86 graduates and 133 continuing students supported by the Punlaan School.
Punlaan School named two (2) areas of the 6th floor building in recognition of RSA’s generous support: Josemaria Ang Multi-Purpose Hall and Mess Hall. During its inauguration, the sons of RSA Foundation Inc. Chairman were present together with Punlaan School’s Benefactors.
